Effective November 2, 2026. MastersDegreeOnline.com is published by FFventures. This policy describes the rebuilt site’s information practices. Contact tom@ffventures.com about privacy, access, correction or removal. Please identify the feature and account involved without sending a password, government identifier, payment-card number or sensitive academic or health record.
Information used by each feature
| Feature | Information and purpose |
|---|---|
| Browsing | The hosting service processes connection and request information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. |
| Device saves and comparison | Your selected program IDs and feature preferences are stored in this browser. They are not an account and are not automatically available on another device. |
| An account and private plan | An email address, password hash, verification state, saved program IDs, planning goals, tasks and chosen reminder preferences support sign-in and your plan. |
| An information request, when available | The form identifies the university recipient and contact channels. It asks for contact information and records your consent, selected program and delivery status. |
| A correction or email to us | The message and contact details you choose to provide help us respond. |
You can search, compare and use guest tools without an account or a university-contact request. Account registration and email reminders are available only after email delivery is verified. A program listing is not evidence of a commercial relationship or permission to contact you.
Device storage, cookies and analytics
The site uses necessary WordPress sign-in and security cookies and local browser storage for features you choose, such as saved programs, comparison choices and the privacy setting. Use the controls in your saved list to remove individual selections. You can also clear this site’s stored data in your browser. Clearing device data does not delete a server-side account, and deleting an account does not clear every browser you have used.
Optional analytics loads only after you allow it and a verified analytics property is configured. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your preference. Declining optional analytics preserves the essential research and planning features. Allowed event data uses stable program or page IDs and action labels; we exclude email, phone, private plan notes, assessment results and chat text. If analytics was previously allowed, changing the choice prevents further site analytics events; browser controls can remove cookies already stored.
When information leaves the site
Hosting and any configured email-delivery service process the information needed to provide their services. When a university-contact form is available, it names the intended recipient before submission. Selecting a program, making an account or saving a shortlist does not submit that form. A delivery acknowledgement records receipt by the configured endpoint; it does not mean you applied or were admitted.
Official university, application and Assessment.com links lead to separate sites with their own privacy practices. FFventures has no commercial relationship with Assessment.com or MAPP. We do not import your MAPP results or provide MAPP single sign-on. The optional AI adviser uses OpenAI after you explicitly consent. It sends your question and a limited set of up to six public program records; we do not attach your private plan, account details, assessment results or inquiry contact information. Your question is sent, so do not include personal or confidential information. We request that API responses not be stored for later retrieval (store:false). This does not mean OpenAI retains no data: its API abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days, subject to its stated exceptions. See OpenAI’s API data controls. Our adviser selects from evidence fields; the site supplies the displayed facts and source links from its reviewed catalog. Conventional search remains available without sending a question to OpenAI.
Retention and deletion
- Private account plans remain until you change them, erase them or delete the account. Your export is available from your plan while signed in. You can also request a privacy export by email.
- The rebuilt inquiry system clears stored contact payloads after 30 days. Requests still awaiting delivery at that age expire. Limited request, recipient, channel, consent-version and delivery metadata is retained for up to 365 days; operational audit entries are retained for up to 180 days. Scheduled cleanup applies to the rebuilt system’s tables.
- Account erasure removes private plans and reminders, clears our associated inquiry contact payloads, cancels requests that have not entered delivery, and detaches limited delivery records from the account. A transmission already in progress or held by a university cannot be recalled through account deletion.
- A protected recovery backup may contain earlier data until that backup is retired. A necessary recovery must reapply recorded erasure requests. The publisher controls backup and email-correspondence retention; contact us for an individual request.
Your choices and requests
Use your private plan to export data, turn reminders off and request account deletion with your password and explicit confirmation. Contact tom@ffventures.com if you cannot sign in, used a guest inquiry, need a correction, or want help with a privacy request. We may need proportionate verification that the request concerns your information. Ask the named university directly to change its contact preferences or remove records it already received; we can help identify the recipient.
Please send only information needed for your question. This service is intended for people researching graduate education and does not request children’s personal information. Where privacy law gives you additional rights, contact us to exercise them. We do not publish private plans or sell access to them. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system is invulnerable.
Policy changes
We update this page when the actual service or its information practices change. A new provider, contact arrangement or materially different use must be reflected in the relevant notice before it is enabled. Questions and reported inconsistencies can be sent to tom@ffventures.com.
Advertising Disclosure
Commercial arrangements must be identified where they affect a visitor’s next step. Inclusion in our catalog and the accuracy of program facts are separate from a university’s delivery partnership.
